I have no routine and no good habits not even basic hygiene. I've tried to implement many different actions that improved my looks and succeeded for some time, once I had a consistent routine for more than 3 months, but sooner or later I just crash and go back to doing nothing all day and lose all my progress. What's the best way to avoid this regression in the future?
