Does anybody know how to prevent getting cuts while bone smashing? The first time around, it took a couple to a few months for me until my skin finally got cut and started opening. So I had to stop. I stopped for probably like five months. And then right when I went back to it, within a day, my skin started opening and peeling, slightly bleeding. How do I prevent this the second time around I was using layers of tissue paper as well

Well I heard it does and doesn’t. But either way I mainly do it for the scar tissue that imitates bone. That swelling lasts for a long time.

are you lean? are you debloated? if not bonesmashing is fucking useless, focus on these 2 things first. also if you eventually get lean you might have too much scar tissue and look like james saphire jfl

mirin jfl wish I was lean  anyways you probably can't stop the cuts from bonesmashing but you could try using ghk-cu topical to heal them quicker, i don't have any experience with doing this but the scientific evidence is there to back it up and it definitely wouldn't hurt to try
