How can I take testosterone and avoid prematurely closing my growth plates without taking an ai

My growth plates are open and i expect 2-3 inches left (according to genetics + doctors) but Im not sure about aromatase inhibitors for everything else

If you take test it’ll boost your estrogen if you don’t want to take ai then your plates will close sooner
