how can i tell if i have low bone mass or high bf (or both)

I’m 6’2 93kgs i dont really look fat but my face does seem boneless. my bodyfat percentage is high its around 27-30 percent.

I might be coping but is it possible that im not really boneless i just have a high bodyfat percentage or is it over for me.

also we have similar height and weight and i’m not very muscular so there is no way your 27-30 percent

Check facial convexity, lip assessment, and facial depth, the better these metrics are the better youll look when youre lean

im just guessing based on what other tell me and my body doesnt look lean at all idk would be helpful if you gave me the accurate percentage
