There are plenty of oil stocks down to a fraction of their value out there that you could find so long as you‘re comfortable with the fact that there’s a very good chance you lose your entire investment. Sure but that amount you want to invest will get you roughly .6 shares. The highest a share of Apple was ever worth was in Feb at about $328. If you're trying to turn that into $2500 (USD eq) then an Apple share would have to be worth $4167 aka 12.7 times the highest its ever been. That's never going to happen obviously.
