How can I work around using accutane, tretinoin, dermastamping, and minoxidil?

Title.- want to try all, but don't know which to start first. Mainly around accutane (minimal dose over maximal period), and tretinoin.

Can somebody tell me when I can dermastamp and use minoxidil when on either accutane or tretinoin.

Also, can accutane slim my nose if it's pores are clogged, and can tretinoin also slim my nose to the same degree?

accutane should be a last resort, it fucks up an organ (I forgot which one, liver or some shit)

minox in the morning, tret in the evening
1x a week dermastamping, don't use other products on that day
