Nutrition, sleep, fitness, mental health and stress management, hormones (basically all the stuff I listed, plus potentially some supplementation, sunlight exposure, etc), dental improvement, orthotropic devices (if needed), skincare (not really development but always relevant), and proper oral habits.

Don't worry about oral habits after the age of 16 tho, they'll do nothing for you.

Well bonesmashing is mostly bullshit which I wouldn't recommend to anyone, but if you're only looking for softmaxxing that's really as far as you can get. Of course, in all the areas I mentioned, there are tons of things to research and implement into your life to achieve peak performance in them, but other than that (or a powerful cocktail of questionable and illegal substances, but you already said no), nothing else will move the needle significantly.
