The amount of work needed for us to ascend is beyond anything and still isn't guranteed, Even if it was still guranteed we are so mentally broken that we can't do anything.

There is no more "Just do X", i did it all i can only do now things i want for myself, I do the gym and nutrition but becouse i want to i don't expect anything, My life may be permanantly fucked i'm fucked in the head internally nothing could be fixed

The only scenario that could change is if a woman will suddenly ahow interest in me but i'm too far gone and it couldn't happen becouse i'm so depressed and lifeless, I guess life is over
