How can u improve sleep/deep sleep

Was struggling with my sleep for years, routine is the most important thing. Going to sleep and waking up at the same time is good for your body.


10-3-2-1-0 is a good strategy.

The 10-3-2-1-0 Breakdown:
  • 10 Hours Before Bed: Cut out caffeine (coffee, soda, chocolate).

  • 3 Hours Before Bed: Stop eating large meals and drinking alcohol.

  • 2 Hours Before Bed: Finish all work, mentally stimulating tasks, and stressful activities.

  • 1 Hour Before Bed: Power down screens (phones, tablets, computers, TVs) due to blue light interference.

  • 0 Times: Resist hitting the snooze button in the morning to maintain a consistent wake-up time.

I personally also find reading 1 hour before helps.
