It was a simulation though, no treatment was actually done I dont think. But maybe that is the answer... but then I dont know if anyone would install marpe at the front

But I am pretty sure you can achieve something close with MLF3+ ccw L1 , close cause this won't bring your whole nose upwards which would literally decrease distance from eyes to nasal base

Listen, this is a wet dream of many downwardgrowthcels sińce IT would reverse it in 100% but its not do good on life...
First those studies are from 2015
Second n2 implant put too much tension of upper part of skull so they reject it sińce patients looks mostly only for funcional not aesthetic
Third I wrote to dr Kimberley K WHO is an author of those studies - she told me that Maxillary compression would be possible like F show but it would take a very long period of time , would be really painful and she can't predict results completly that why it was quited. Don't even ask how much effort I put into finding her email....
I promowe if I became maxfac/ortho in the near future I will do how as much as I can to find a way for downward growth . Also maxfac/orthos gets crazy money , the richest have a net worth over 1bilion dollars and I am mentally Jew so I know how to mix business with ortho. I need Giant house in the mountains with great gardens full of trees, rivers etc. In Colorado . Cause I was born close to nature and I only find a peace here

Oh and by the way don't try it with facepulling cause you would need a strong drilled deep into maxilla to gain skeletal changes

Thing is sometimes you can have a short mid face whilst still being very down wards grown in cases like this CCW is legit not the ideal CW is ideal but for most people it's CCW

They’re just plates that are attached to your maxilla because using an Anchorage for face pulling with MSE will create a maxillary translation rather than rotation. Idk if any ortho is willing to use it, u just gotta ask

No cause it was only a simulation

just saying boyo, the development of these simulations was done in 2014 at the latest. almost 7 years later, this project is no longer under development, mainly bc the current protocols work very well. u might want to give up on "waiting for advancements" lol.

We waited 4 years and still absolutely nothing. True craniofacial correction is heavily suppressed imo, its too disruptive to so many industries.
