Even people with connections still need to go to Uni. You are lucky to get into with Uni but without Uni no chance.

Most of those end up in India they will higher an Indian over a guy with no degree/connections

Aren't these jobs becoming more popular? Its funny because I spent 1 year at uni doing finance and dropped out because I thought it was pointless. Now I'm working at a big company but don't seem to be progressing. Maybe i need to go back
