This picture below is not me, but it is a visual representation of the improvement I am hoping for

As of now, my jaw looks more like the one on the left, narrower. I went through orthodontics and braces and a narrow palate was never brought up as an issue (even tho ik orthodontists pray on ur descension :lul:).

Does growing your masseter help? As in getting a trainer or whatnot and growing it. Does that increase facial width?

if you want better fwhr ur gonna need lower jaw and bizygomatic width, just training masseters is kinda cope + its gonna leave ur jaw too wide

So is there any solution before going under the table? I am still a minor and I don't want to spend my teenage years waiting to hardmaxx

palate + lower jaw
Would an orthodontist or dentist give this to you without actually having a medically narrow palate? What if your just low on the bell curve.

You can get removable ones for much cheaper, and without a doctor's prescription, but I'm not sure how effective they are:forcedsmile:

Only if you have low set insertions, if your masseters aren't low set training them will only make you look bloated

Ill check on that. Also, some food for thought.

(Sorry if the image is too small, but basically its an Google summary which basically states that training your masseter e.g. masseter hypertrophy increases the load on your gonions and over time will lead to outward/flared gonions.)

If debloating is a real concern, would you suppose I can just hypertrophy my masseters, achieve flared gonions, and then like idfk drink soup for 3 months :lul: and atrophy my masseters?

Update! After some testing (clenching my jaw and seeing and feeling where my masseter bulged out, e.g. my height) I discovered they are low set. Is that a green light to go ahead? :feelsgood:

The pics is just lens distortion

Lifefuel if this is true:lul:

I mean try it out, what's the worst that could happen? Take some progress pics to see if it actually changes anything

If they're actually low set you're basically set for getting a god tier jawline (as long as your hyoid isn't too shit) I mean look at brad pitt, he has low set masseters and a good ramus. His other features aren't even amazing btw, it's mostly his lower third carrying

Lens distortion manipulates ratios, but does not delete muscles off ur face :lul: jfl
the first picture is clearly distorted and yes distortion drasticaly alters apperance face shape and apperacne of facial muscles not just ratios

After some further checking it's probably not low set. That being said, I'll see if there is anything non-invasive I can do to increase facial width

Bru just start gonian pulling
