How can you tell whether someone needs DJS or Genioplasty/Chin implant?

I have good jaw width but my mandible and chin are too short, it makes me look like an underdeveloped babyfaced subhuman whenever I bite down so I have to vertical jut 24/7 just to be ltn. Could I get away with just a vertical genioplasty or chin implant for an issue like this, or does it require jaw surgery?

if your bite is ok but your jaw is too short, that means you need a bimax because this proves your jaws are recessed

you will probably need braces/SARPE with it to actually create harmony

DJS is for jaw (mandible) genio is for chin only. Generally, DJS is very often paired with genio tho. Go see an orthodontist or better, a maxillofacial surgeon...
