How can you tell whether you have gyno or psuedogyno?

I can't seem to find a good definition on psuedogyno. I have the distinct appearance of gyno, but I feel no hard gland inside of my chest. Does this mean my gyno can go away with fat loss?

Medically, they are the same. The fatter you get, the juicier your nips get and your body sequesters testosterone. When you cut fat, the gyno goes away and testosterone works again.

If you don’t feel swelling and a gland underneath it, I doubt it’s gyno because the main pathology of gyno is the enlargement of the breast gland

It's not the traditional breast shape (which females have). It's closer to this shape and size. I don't feel a gland either.

It's gyno or fat or both or just a weird shaped chest with 0 muscle and a little fat

If it looks like gyno it probably is. I got the breast tissue removed + lipo. My surgeon really carved me out my chest has never looked this good. Just get it removed bro it’s worth it. It cost me $7.5k for reference.
