idk if does nothing, plays a part imo

We chew more but with far less resistance than we used to.
Can Mastic gum help? IDK if it's entirely cope but unsure. I had to stop cuz I got TMJ though.

chew on what? the food now is so soft there is no resistance
Bread is hard, food that isn't boiled, so is much of candy and whatnot.
Anyways children were breastfed exclusively for 5 years of their life, they weren't chewing at all.

I used to chew ages ago, and it did actually lengthen my ramus exactly like this:

Defo not entirely cope IMO. I stopped since I chewed a lot and gave myself TMJ and clicking jaw but it resolved on its own and have 0 TMJ now.

Yeah I used falim, not mastic. But I heard the mastic stuff from Cyprus is sublime.

This only shows that larger mandibles have larger masculature, nowhere it implies chewing will grow bone.

Yeah I first used that Jawliner meme gum when it first came out years ago then switched to mastic. I don’t do it any more, whenever i try I just get a massive “pump” effect like the gym and makes me look like a boated meatball. Which put me off doing it anymore. Haven’t done it in years.

would be better if you focused on reading the post rather than scavenging profiles
i did read it brah and it's water, ofc eating goyslop that requires no force of the mandible at all as a kid won't develop your jaw :lul:

My jaw improved, whether it was due to chewing or would’ve happened anyway we will never know and cannot ever know for sure ig. I’m glad i did it tho back then when i was like 16.

its does not say chewing will grow bones. Its says chewing will stop growing of the maxilla downward and will make mandable straight rather than bent

I was chewing packs of gum and eating decently hard food as child, literally struggled from mild bruxism too and I'm still a "downgrown" jawlet.

Basically it says “cope cope” maxilla doesn’t matter

Just reading the title of the thread alone makes me realize how low this site has fell. Topic on chewing and facial development has been well known in looksmaxing community since 2014 (during puahate/sluthate days) and Mike Mew has been generally regarded as most important figure in that research. You literally have his youtube videos from 10 years ago explaining chewing and jaw growth.
The fact that normies such as OP are just finding out about this shows me how backwards and clueless your average normie/npc is. Like they are just realizing all that shit which was well known by looksmaxing incel community fucking 10+ years ago.

bruh maxilla matters. it affects the whole midface and surrounding bones (including orbital bones)

Very high IQ blog post.

Read every word.

Also classic image in the blog post.

By far the most brutal pic in human history, more brutal than any genocide or war.

Wouldn't doubt if chewing, habits, etc in childhood has an effect on facial development, but the idea author floats the genetics play no role is hard for me to believe.
