How come my NCT disappears when i pull my forehead muscles upward?

Could i have NCT or just a droopy eyelids.
I gently pulled the skin and tissues of my forehead and eyebrows and lol it looks so much better.
Do i need canthoplasty or a brow lift. I'm very confused
