So when they think of racial equality, they think of differences in wealth and income. Something that asians preform relatively well in.
This is idea that there's more to life than wealth/income, such as social belonging, relationships, overall kindness, etc. are mostly alien concepts to them.

Same reasons why nobody takes incels seriously: The ability to form intimate relationships is considered worthless to normies. So the things that incels complain about seem unimportant.
