Always worrying about what if this guy does this, or this girl is disgusted or my parents told me to do x or what if my parents don't give me permission to do Y maybe my dad will get angry at me for Z etc etc etc. Over time I stopped trying to socialise and just rotted alone

My whole life I have been neglected to have a social circle, only for 2 years I had a group of friends. I hated school, being ghosted by everyone made me insecure probably because I was aspie and now I try to behave more NT but I still suck ngl.
