How common are Chadlites-chads?

I agree, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a CL before. Even Seeing a HTN irl/in motion feels eye catching enough, you can’t miss a true Chadlite

htns are easy to find, you'd find alteast one in every school.
dont think ive found any CLs anywhere, in my whole life; maybe ive seen 1, and he was moving so i couldn't accurately guess his rating.
