How common are visable prominent cheekbones really?

I feel like this is something I literally never see irl lol. It looks as if though no one really has visable cheekbones. Is it the fact that you need to be super low body fat in order for them to actually be seen, and therefore it may be uncommon to see, or is it that most people just have flat?

Many need to be 10% bf for them to start showing and nobody has that amount of motivation

i think average cheekbones are visible at around 13-14%
