this photo was taken like around more than 1 year ago when i was 13 or 14, im no dental expert but my maxilla looks cramped and my ortho wants to extract 2 premolars on my mandible (one on the left and one on the right) any ideas? Also been wanting to get a palate expander but my ortho never mentioned it
