How could i fix my face?My left side seems very recessed.PLS HELP!

My face is asymetrical and the left side seems quite recessed.Is it because my maxilla or mandible is not properly developed?
What would benefit me?(MSE,Lefort,Bimax)
Every advice is very much appreciated.

Right side is almost high tier normie left side does definitely look recessed though. Off the top of my head the best thing to straighten it would be bimax... although they probably wouldn't need to advance the right side that much. Get a CT scan done of your skull and send to a maxillofacial surgeon.

Yeh ur face is a little asymmetrical but you still look decent from the front. From the side you kinda got that Rodger Stone effect going on.
