How could you test if you are mouth breathing’s at night

I use tape on my mouth when I go to sleep sometimes the tape dries out my lips but it stays on how can I test if I’m mouth breathing or not?

If youre mouth is dry or youre drooling also to help mouth breathing dont use a pillow, also mouth breathing is mostly cause from shit airways so fix those, using a pillow makes it worse

I don’t use pillow and my mouth Wasn’t dry it was mainly the lips
