testosterone enanthate will shrink your testicles and reduce your natural testosterone forever, if you use it for more multiple cycles
It should only be used for 2-3 cycles until you reach your natural muscle potential, then it should be stopped forever.
If you want masculinization I suggest taking DHT microdoses, but I don't know what side effects may occur

I would highly advise against it. Join a sport, do a martial art, get good sleep, avoid sugar, do light lifting. Mainly martial art like MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing and some light with good sleep will be very beneficial for you.

I used to do muay thai and jiu-jitsu, but stopped after the gym closed down and I moved. Probably a good idea actually.
