Bro you really have that "I have been fucked in the ass" look in your face, I do this as well (not as bad tho) try to get a decent consistent sleep schedule, if your routine allows you take naps often, minox your brows and get latisse. Longer hair will soften up your face a bit.

Could just be genetic, I've had mine since like 12. Your eyebrows are cucking you wayyy harder than your under eye area though.

As for your weight, you probably won't get back your fat pads, but definitely pack a few kilos, specially focus on your neck, "Fucked in the arse stare" with wide strong neck looks kinda dark triad, that's where I've been trying to fit lately.
