i took him around a year if you look at his videos he says that he used to have a goy diet and only used to eat veggies but then
after he turned around 18ish he started a meat based diet and he did chin tucks,chewed hard and tough foods and mewed and now suddenly he became an appeal god

he grew his zygos like crazy and tells that he doesnt promote bs,or any harm done to your face.
he claims to have not used roids or peps and did all this through bio0pping (its in his bio)
IMO i lwk feel like he was just suppresing his crazy genetics with that goy diet and after he fixed that he ascended
