How did pneumo fix his lips

How did he change them so much?
What im also intrested in is on the right side you can see it went inward on the first image, but is normal on the second one.

I have an issue like this too, My only guess is filler or something surgical. If anyone knows how he did this lmk

my guess is lightning, makeup and taking care of his lips (exfoliation and hydration)
