I did bonesmashing from 20-21 but I think only chewing can get same results as long as you pressure your jaw, so I don’t smash anymore, and I think chewing might even be better for better gonion width. With bonesmashing I mostly just saw mandibular growth

(maybe ever so slightly inward) gotta push it outwards with a good amount of pressure tho it kinda hurts a bit. like i said tho could be cope just sharing what i’ve done. but i’ve definitely noticed a bit of difference
