tbh I have a great shaped chin, one of my best features, and when I look back at pictures of myself at 14, my chin is around the same size and shape, just looks more youthful, so maybe he did get a procedure, though I wouldn't bet on it
If he did, possible filler, possible implants, possible genioplasty, those are the big 3 for chin procedures
