I'm never bloated basically at the moment. just over 10% bodyfat, and keeping steady diet.

I aim this year, to jump below 10% bodyfat.

I have so much potassium in me it's unreal. I eat 3 bunches of bananas a week. When I was a toddler, I got potassium poisoning. Bananas are my favorite fruit, followed by kiwi.

I can't beleive that happening. unless one is salt maxxing and than drink alot, and retain liquid

well its what happens. Not only im very skinny but i eat very little. Still i randomly got that bloat where you can feel the cheeks being thicker. I dont even put salt in the food, drink a lot of coconut water. Idk. I drink very little water as well.

Between 2000 and 2200 daily callories.

It's like this, for example above date.
*breakfast: 325gr low fat french yoghurt, 200gr strawberries, 40gr mixed nuts, 1.5 scoop protyeine powder, 45 gr instant oatmeal. total cal: 814. proteine 73 gr, carbs 73 gr, fat 30 gr.
* coffee with milk + collagen peptide and tea with milk + collagen peptide. total cal 110 cal. proteine 20gr, carb 4 gr, fat 2 gr.
* dinner: 170 gr salmon, 300 gr pumpkin. 180gr onions, 100gr bell peppers, 300gr corugette, 50gr sellerie. total cal: 593. 46gr propteine, 50gr cars, 25gr fat.
* proteine shake bring to gym: 250 ml milk, 2 scoops proteine. total cal: 333. 54gr prtiene, 10gr carbs, 9gr fat.
* snack: 25gram raw peanuts. 142 cal total. 6gr protine, 4gr carbs, 12 gr fat
