How do fat people have enough storage for food when they eat so much?

How does that work tbh, i just tried to eat 2 pound of potatoes mixed with chicken and shit ton of spices, delicious and all that, but could barely finish it by the end, not from loss of appetite that much as the pain i felt in my stomach, like its going to burst.

So how can fatties eat 2 times this with no problems and still somehow have room for more? Are their stomachs huge?
