I want to sleep 11 hours per night instead of always 5-6

Get a blue light filter on your phone such as Twilight. It blocks a good portion of the blue light.

there's a night mode on iphone, probably on android as well. make sure you're not on any kind of device 10 mins before you gts

I read before bed and wear Happy Ears earplugs

And I make sure my phone is on the other side of the room so I have to get out of bed to switch the alarm off

I have also used valerian tablets to help me fall asleep

Just lay down on your bed in a complete darkness bedroom and close your eyes

Go to bed early and wake up at 7, you will naturely go to sleap around 10.
 
u can also get a cpap machine if you want to fix your sleep apnea.

Do something boring like work or in my case studying. On days where I study for something I fall asleep instantly compared to days when I stay up playing Red Dead Redemption or trolling people on Reddit
