How do I achieve proper CCW rotation?

I'm 51 backwards how can I rotate my face?

If you wanna experiment,try belt pulling,search it up on here and the thread will be from deleted user,pretty dangerous technique and not proven but technically it should work if done consistently,other than that just pray for it and quick question,are u still in puberty or maybe late bloomer,go ahead and post a pic of side profile and I will tell u if it's even fixable
