How do I actually fucking ascend I swear everytime is see myself I hate myself more and more some days I think I look good just to ruin myself 5 minutes ago I already had a "glow up" which my friends say is a "crazy good glow up" but I just lot a little weight and became taller there's never a day I don't hate myself and my looks can some please help me somehow I've come to the point that it feel pointless to even try and improve my looks with any means than surgery if someone can help me please tell me I'm 16 M

hey man, i feel you. this shit is a fucking grind and it's easy to get discouraged when all you see in the mirror is what you hate. but don't give up - there are some solid strategies out there that can really help push things forward, even if you don't think so at first

(I don't mean this seriously read the entire post) yeah where your tilting your head up like a retard, I think you should stop focusing on your looks and start focusing on your iq. and after a closer look at your profile picture where you head is up 45 degrees and your upper eyelids are as big as your moms ass that self hate is justified nobody can you love you, its over. Nah but on a real note your not ugly and there's not that many things you can do other than surgery, this is going to sound pretty blue pilled but honestly just be healthy, maybe color your eyebrows grow out your hair. Your clearly a young normie, stop hating your self as that's a looksmin in its own, if you were actually black pilled you wouldn't hate yourself but you would hate the world, by hating your self your no better than a hypergamous food
