How do I actually get rid of thin hair and dandruff/dry scalp?

So I'm 16 and whatever I do, I can't get rid of my dry scalp and thin hair. I've tried out so many shampoos and they all failed to get rid of my dandruff and dry scalp. I even tried going on no shampoo for a month and it did give some volume to my hair and it even got rid of my dry scalp and dandruff but it was so greasy and disgusting and it literally gave me fungal dandruff which I managed to get rid of. My hair is currently on the shorter side because my hair growth is kind of slow.

It's so over for my hair.
