its a part of nichemaxxing. js get nice hair and a tattoo or two and maybe earrings. basically in it comes down to hair genetics and coloring and then the niche/archetype u fall into.

High collagen skin, long eye lashes, pink lips, good hair, no shitty facial hair, are all things that will improve your appeal, just try and look clean and have "feminine" features, look at guys like zayn malik that have insane appeal, they all look youthful with great skin and other features like that.

Not going to repeat what others have said there's already some good advice here

Find a style/aesthetic that suits you and is somewhat uncommon but recognizable, you don't want to be an NPC but you also don't want to be a weirdo (only high PSLs can stand out that much)

Good cologne scent and deodorant and good breathe
