Turning this into a legitimate htn through test is going to be the hardest thing OP will ever experience in his life.

Gear ain't gonna magically make him htn. T doesn't alter established bone structure, it just redistributes facial fat and thickens skin. Real bone geometry like jaw width and chin projection comes down to genetics and pre fusion puberty.

If this nigga tries running exog T without knowing what he's doing it usually just leads to high estrogen aromatization (hello bloated moon face), severe acne, and accelerated hair loss, which actively fucks the base he started with. This nigga is better off softmaxxing, and like I said before he won't reach lhtn by doing that.

As far as fillers, its temporary so I guess if he wants to be htn for half a year then sure go for it lmao
