Does stuff like thumbpulling, hyoid training and stuff like that work or is it all cope? And should i even start doing it? I already have a good diet and I balance out my pottasium and sodium, i am 174cm and 61 kg and I consider myself based on what i recieved before an hLTN, so any tips for me how to ascend or is it really over? (In the video i havent done my skincare yet and my hair is wet so take it with a pinch of salt)
