Im currently 16 I have been trying to look for a straight answer on how to get forward growth on here but can’t really find anything. I think this is my biggest flaw other than my nose Give me sum tips or is it over.

You're going to want to start saving right now, brother. $$$$$

get on Accutane in the meantime, though, and get to 15% body fat; you're like 30

and you dont get forward growth; you either have good bones or don't.

and need surgery to fix

Advancement in the upper jaw ? or is that not worth addressing considering it needs LF2 or Bimax with almost full facial implants?

idk abt all that (not educated) - but if he does all 3 of those (genio, rhino, accutane) he'll look better for sure

Of course, agreed, but might as well go Trimax; the issue is that the midface has no support, and I don't know how high they can cut the maxilla when advancing the upper jaw, so some midface or paranasal implants and infra-implants and maybe a little filler can help mask this after a Trimax.

@invisible2foids dm if u need help getting accutane, bro. Seriously.
