Im currently 16 I have been trying to look for a straight answer on how to get forward growth on here but can’t really find anything. I think this is my biggest flaw other than my nose Give me sum tips or is it over.

and you dont get forward growth; you either have good bones or don't.

idk abt all that (not educated) - but if he does all 3 of those (genio, rhino, accutane) he'll look better for sure

Of course, agreed, but might as well go Trimax; the issue is that the midface has no support, and I don't know how high they can cut the maxilla when advancing the upper jaw, so some midface or paranasal implants and infra-implants and maybe a little filler can help mask this after a Trimax.

You might be a candidate to bimax . But i cant fully assess it so id say rhino buccal fat removal and genio plasty or chin implant and infra orbital implant with checckbone filler and do you have any under or over bite we need proper frontal and side images with bf we cant estimate like this

Yeah ig no bimax it will be costly we can do some soft tissue surgeries with braces and tads to allign the jaw @acm will help he knows more

yeah it will, mike mew debunked that palate doesnt improve past 12, yes it absolutely does improve, palate expander has the biggest time gain roi in terms of improvement and its very fast, but mewing is another option

Just larp, asthma, this that, some k ind of thing, go to different specialists like at least 10, if all else fails just say for aesthetic reasons, perhaps provide info that airway will increase and what not, and that its for "ideal" development, just make it sound smart, They might/might not recommend you, depending on where you live, but you get the point

Depending on where you live, I asked for example about pectus excavatum( its mild) but they said if its not health concern it wont be funded, so yk, but you could larp as in as i said health concerns or perhaps psychological asthma(whatever you make up of it) and say things like functional issues, i cant bite on my rigth or left side, my dominant side is this but my x side is lacking...
