You could get a Bimax. In theory it might help you. But you may risk looking worse in the process. People on here love to peddle surgery.. But unless you really need it (you already have decent harmony), especially with Bimax it's never guaranteed to make this massive improvement. You will not look that much better if everything goes right. It could even make you look worse because you're taking a gamble.

You will also more than likely have to allocate $30-40K, and over a year of orthodontic work to compensate for the damage done (and just simply the fact your jaws will be in a different place than before).

It's up to you if you think the juice is really worth the squeeze. I'm not against it but I also don't think it's worth it.

As far as I'm aware fat grafts can help you with your soft tissue but not if you have a recessed maxilla or flat midface it lacks real projection from what I've heard

If your only failos were hollow eyes etc it would be fixable with fat grafts alone
But maybe it is after all fixable only with fat grafts just doesn't look like it for me from what I see but I'm nit a surgeon consult with them

Be aware though that some surgeons might lie to have an easier job with you or to take your money and they wanna make it easier so they dont have any risks of getting sued

that's why you need multiple opinions of surgeons, experienced users, raters like facecelliq iq or. Chadify and be aware of what your failos are

Also let people like @vermicel make morphs of you and you can also try to make morphs of yourself

After you have a (kinda) realistic morph go on Tinder and compare it with the results you got on the app before your morph

I personally am about to get fat grafts after my first surgery set but I might have to get infras too cause fat grafts can only do so much

Bimax would be the way if you have functional issues or bute problems but you fixed your bite problems 4 years ago if I didmt remember reading what you said wrong and infras advance the midface much more than a lefort 1 can and the record very is better with infras.

I'm not sure but I think If you get infras first
It will interfere with bone surgery later

Generally its advised to get implants within bimax bone surgery if you need it or after never before and that's what surgeons told me

Its always

1. Bone= Building the base

2.Implants improving on the base once you build the base or improving on an already good base or fixing a single failo that the implant is known to. Fix if everything else is good

3. Soft tissue

Cause if you were to example get bimax after for example canthoplasty you would change the ratios and your eyes would look different because the bones moved your eyes

The good thing about infras is it doesn't only advance his midface and fix eye hollowing it also makes his eyes more deep set they are not bulging or anything but he could slightly benefit from that too and sometimes with fat grafts some eye hollow still is left over which people could have fixed with infras

So custom Peek Infras+ Fat grafts are what I would do in his case and for the jaw if he wants he has multiple options in what to do of he wants

Yeah many turks only care about money but many surgeons generally also care about money some will have morals others won't
