I'm 15 years old (in 3 months it will be 16), 169 cm tall, and weigh 62 kg. I look like this:
What I want to achieve:
height from 175-178 more attractive appearance (reaching htn, if possible in my opinion...
)
What I have now (words from an endocrinologist and orthodontic treatment):
Two good endocrinologists told me that growth hormone is contraindicated for me and will make me ugly. I'm also attaching a photo of my x-ray, where we can see that the growth plates in my fingers are ALREADY closed.
X-ray bone age 16 years.
It's hard to see here, but anyone with an eye for detail will see open growth zones in the forearm. Maybe I'll attach a clearer picture later, but only when I find a disk drive to insert the disk with the x-ray into it.
My puberty according to Tanner is 5.
Regarding the orthodontist, it's a complete mess. I've been undergoing treatment for a distal and deep bite for about a year and two months now, and I've already had a Forsus implant. When I started getting interested in improving my facial appearance, I wondered, "Do I really need a Forsus implant??" I want to maximize my facial potential, and the Herbst appliance seems to be better for bone grafting.
First, I asked the orthodontist this question:
Me: Hello! I'd like to know more about why I had a Forsus implant and not a Herbst/Twin Blick appliance. And the difference between Herbst and Forsus.
He: Good afternoon. I've already explained. Twin Blick appliances are installed while baby teeth are still present.
Herbst, Sabbagh, and similar appliances are outdated options. Forsus is the most effective of the powerful sagittal correctors.
A couple of days later, I asked a clarifying question:
Me: Hello! I'm very worried about the treatment because it's important to me not only to have straight teeth, but also to stimulate facial bone growth, if that's still possible. Why do I need Forsus specifically? Besides the fact that the Hersta is "outdated," which is not true.
He: Hello.
You should have stimulated facial bone growth when you were five years old, but your parents didn't. You now have the best device for stimulating residual growth potential, and that's not our only goal.
If you don't trust me, let's take everything off and you can find another orthodontist.
I won't lecture patients.
I was very surprised by this answer and now I'm looking for a new orthodontic clinic for a consultation, and then we'll see if I need Forsus or Herbsta
What I do to grow and become more attractive:
I started sleeping longer, from 8 to 10 hours, and I'm eating a lot of protein. I'm currently following this diet: 70g of fat, 150+g of protein, and 200-220g of carbs.I'm also planning to see a dermatologist because of my skin issues. I try to eat clean. I'm taking care of it and can even show what I use if needed.I'm working out and have achieved pretty good results (I don't know how to embed a video here, so I'll just post photos):
it's all natural
I also don't eat sweets, fast food, and don't use tobacco, nicotine, or alcohol
As for supplements, I take:
2000 of vitamin D, 25mg of zinc, psyllium twice a day, 10g of creatine, and that's it.
I'm also not allowed to have dairy products because they cause breakouts. But I'm not sure if that's true, so I'll see a dermatologist soon and find out for sure. I also can't eat fish because I have an allergy.
That's about it.
I can add later if I missed something from my routine
So, now I want to ask you, how can I achieve what I want? What do you recommend? What should I add? What surgeries can I see in the future? (other than LL)
