how do i become a more talkative person?

a lot of my friends tell me that i dont talk enough and that im always on mute. i know that personality is something that is set in stone, but is there anything i can do to become more extrovert by even 5 percent?

Talk more. Before doing that get your voice straight, something like the course Resonator could help. You might not talk a lot because you try to pass information every time you do so, which is wrong. Try to get out of your head

Toastmasters, make small talk with everyone that's willing.

Just be very happy and outgoing. I'm a naturally introverted person (rather be alone) but I trained myself to act extroverted around people. Start with just friends then everyone

Take the habit of formulating whatever is in your mind out loud when you are alone and try to expand on your thoughts as much as you can, will feel more natural to do the same when you are around people.
