when im laying in bed trying to sleep, I think about stuff and come up with crazy ideas that would change the world

Im planning on publishing these ideas so i can enlighten society

but before that, am i supposed to read up on other philosophers first, so i can formulate my hypothesis's better?

and perhaps some philosopher already had the exact same thoughts as me

do any of you guys have revolutionary ideas you want to spread? write them down and I might include them in my future books

one of my ideas is about how complete genocide is the most moral thing a group of people can do

so basically my thoughts are that humans can never coexist, so long as different races and religions do

so what im thinking is one group of people, lets say chinese people for example, should kill every other race and religion other than theirs, then proceeding to streamline the gene pool to acheive complete homogeny

this would be moral because you can potentially end all wars and human suffering, because as a single homogenous global race, you would always work with your brethren to further your own race

so basically no wars will happen and everyone will like each other, coming generations will forget about the exterminations anyways so there won't be any guilt

what do yall think? this is just one of the many great ideas ill publish in my future. but it will be more complex, I dumbed this down to make it shorter :feelsokman:

"Philosopher" is not a career path. It's not 800 BC.

hes a fat slav and he earns 200k+ just from talking about shit

he graduated from some shitty slovenian university and studied philosophy

You should study an introduction to philosophy. I think there's one by Bertrand Russell. The other one's I know are in spanish.

There's only so much room in the market for dudes like him. Sure, if you want to be some guy who writes books and makes money just talking about shit, go for it, but it's an aspiration similar to becoming a movie director. Market is too small for a high chance of success.

You need to start an academic career or become famous in another field, you can't be simply a "philosopher", basically no one would recognize you as such or care about your ideas. Even those ancient philosophers from Greece or Rome, were actually from rich families, they were educated, had status and money, so people actually listened to their ideas, there were no poor or lower classes philosophers.

, there were no poor or lower classes philosophers.
diogenes was poor

and machiavelli was from a middle class family

julius evola was also middle class

Lol, Diogenes was actually from a rich family, his father was a banker, so him renouncing wealth and larping as a poor philosopher doing all sorts of crazy shenanigans, attracted the attention of people, imagine a billionaire or a celebrity living today and doing the same shtick - giving up the easy life and living on the streets like a homeless person: I'm sure, he would become even more famous for this.

Machiavelli worked for wealthy patrons, he was taken under their wing and worked as a secretary, diplomat, etc., he had many connections and powerful friends so his writings became famous, many Renaissance artists were also supported and sponsored by nobles, you simply couldn't become back then an artist without a rich guy offering his financial support.

Evola lived more recently - he was also a painter, poet, was involved with various avant-garde art groups, wrote extensively about mysticism, esotericism, Eastern spirituality and lots of other subjects that were relatively unknown back then, so he attracted a lot of attention.

damn, i had no clue about diogenes. I thought he was a retired dude who lost all his savings

machiavelli was still middle class though. Yeah he had rich patrons but that was to be expected of any writer in any time period. I think the wealthy nobles reached out to him after reading his works

also do you read evola? what do you think about him?
