How do i boost hgh and igf-1 without peptides or drugs

title. Parents dont want to get me peptides as the injections scare them(not the side effects just the needles as they dont trust me to inject myself) plus saw a few posts saying its cope. so is there any way to boost it naturally? i know sleep helps with gh but dont know what helps with igf1

you can try colostrum power, research says it is broken down during metabolization though and doesn’t really give significant igf1 boost but I’m gonna order some soon just because it’s got a lot of other benefits.
