Never cold approach. Here is how I do it when I'm in clubs or party environments.

I will look around for a girl I find hot, I will make eye contact with her, if she maintains eye contact with me for a couple seconds and/or smiles at me, then I approach.

NEVER EVER approach a girl who doesn't give you signals. If you make contact with her and she quickly looks way, then she is not interested. If you try to make eye contact with girls and none of them give you signals then you are not good looking enough to be picking up girls and should instead be looksmaxxing
