make sure not to drink too much water while eating cause that can fill you up faster, making it harder to eat more, and when eating eggs i like to boil them so i can just eat one anytime. most importantly drink a mass gainer protein shake. be aware this is gonna bloat you ALOT, so keep in moderation ig.
