step 2) Fix that Diet Get some Raw Liver, Eggs, Milk, Ghee, Oranges etc.
step 3) time to fix that sleep schudule
step 4) start training ur neck and hyoid
step 5) fix ur Eyebrows if u fix ur diet that helps, derma stamps/rollers, oils and follow one of the better guides for eyebrows on the form
step 6) DO NOT GET UR WISDOM TEETH REMOVED
