How do i change who i am?

I'm currently in grade 10, going to grade 11 in bout 2-3 weeks

My social status in school is pretty shit, im seen as the jester, the guy who only jokes and doesnt do shit therefore causing ppl to lose respect

I noticed that after girls in school realized that i am just a jester, they all lost attraction towards me

I honestly think my relationship failures and rejection had more to do with my personality than looks

I want to try and change, but everytime i go to school my jester personality always shows up, probably reinforced when im w my friends

i'm also doing pretty shit at school, teachers hate me and my grades are unsatisfactory

What should i do when grade 11 starts, how should i change?
