Avoid eating too many simple carbohydrates and simple sugars because they will cause systemic inflammation and cause breakouts on skin because of increased oil production from androgens and insulin like growth factor 1.

Alternate and / or wash the sheets that you sleep on one time per week. Pillows too if you have any.

Shower after you sweat or get dirt on your face or skin.

The only thing for washing my back is that it's kind of hard to reach the center,

Same here! I sleep flat on my back on the floor with just a blanket. I have no bed frame or mattress or pillows.
